On friday, i have been doing the keychain things...

n now... i'm doing this 3D things...

as usual... i went into the website to get the instruction

1st, u will need to cut, cut n cut the things...

then glue them to become like this.. :-

DONE!

Sound simple rite?

Basically, still ok la.. it took me less than an hour to do it...

Lagenda Mas Villa, Jalan Kuching

After the glue-ing thing... my brother took me,my grandma n his gf to the greatest memorable place ---->the lake garden. While on the way there.... we saw this newly completed townhouse- called LAGENDA MAS VILLA @ Jalan Kuching (yeah, at the busy city area-u can start guessing the price)!! with gate and security guard for their 15/30 units.. not very sure how should i count them...

This is a town house where their concept is..

2 "house" under the same roof
1st unit (A) own the left side, owning the ground floor and 1st floor... while
2nd unit (B) own the right side, owning the 1st floor and second floor..

hope u guys can get what i mean..

basically they are sharing the same wall...

In total, they have :-
7 bedrooms, (3 for each side)
6 bathrooms,
1 study room,
2 kitchens, (1 for each side)
2 living/dining areas, (1 for each side)
backyard, (for A unit)
balcony (for B unit)
and
4 carparks. (2 for each side-front and back)

Oh ya.. u might be asking what's the price for this property....

so, he will need to go up from the stairs (right behind the door)

okay.. it's about RM430K for just A...
so the whole Unit (A +B) will be about RM950++
like that...

Okay.. this is why i says a memorable place..
coz.. if i'm not mistaken, my last visit to here was 10-12 years ago...
wahahhaha...

n now.. again i step my foot to here again..

Anyway, the view is still okay...
a relaxing place to go... despite the busy KL city...

Still many ppl came to for jogging, running, family day, picnics, or perhaps... dating??
